Honored to present my research on ‘Sthitaprajna’—the enlightened sage of the Bhagavad Gita—and its relevance within Indian knowledge systems at the JNU & ICSSR conference today. I also shared how these timeless concepts can be applied in philosophical counseling to help resolve real-world issues, illustrated through a case study.
