It is inspiring to hear from my friend, Dr. Joan Goldstein, a Sociologist, that the video interview she had done with me is doing reruns on Princeton Regional TV in the USA after two years, as it fills the need of the time. Two years ago, when my book ‘Sapiens and Sthitaprajna’ first came out on Amazon, we were taping the show. We talked about the Philosophy of the Bhagavad-Gita and Stoicism and the need to bring the philosophical perspective in our lives to improve our mental and physical health. The interview was selected as the second most-watched show in August, when it ran eight times during 2019.
The world today is still under the impact of various mental health concerns. I hope many people will turn to develop a philosophical perspective to help resolve their issues and problems.
